International Yoga Festival 2021 will be held from March 1 to 7 in the yoga capital Rishikesh. In a meeting held recently, Tourism Minister Satpal Maharaj had a discussion with the officials of Garhwal Mandal Development Corporation (GMVN) regarding the preparations of the festival.
Maharaj told the officials to invite a maximum number of Yogis to the festival. He emphasized conducting a workshop in the festival to promote Uttarakhand-made products as immunity boosters.
The Tourism Minister also suggested including a separate astrology session and a foot massage stall in the festival. Like every year, renowned artists will be invited for religious and cultural programs in the IYF 2021.
