In view of the increasing cases of corona in Uttarakhand, the government has increased its strictness. Chief Secretary Om Prakash issued the new SOP late in the evening today. According to the SOP, it will now be mandatory for those coming to Uttarakhand from other states to bring a Covid Negative Report. It is also mandatory to register on the smart city portal.
At the same time, the government has also increased the time of night curfew in the state by two hours. Now the night curfew will be from seven in the evening to five in the morning. Also, all the shops will be closed by 2PM except for essential services during the day.
