“Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the number of customers this Christmas is comparatively very less. This is because of the recent order by the State Government, under which no public gatherings or celebrations will be allowed on the 25th and 31st. This has hampered the overall tourism scene. Earlier, tourists going to Mussoorie on Christmas or returning used to buy loads of bakery products, but this year, the business we are getting is because of the local customers. Moreover, this year we aren’t getting any major orders for Christmas or New Year parties because of the aforementioned order”, says the owner of Melting Moments, Mudit Gulati.
