Dehradun’s ace cricket player Abhimanyu Easwaran has been selected in the Indian Cricket Team led by captain Virat Kohli. He has been selected in the Indian team for the tour of England as a stand-by opener.
Abhimanyu has been long due for selection, given his brilliant performance as the captain of the Bengal Ranji team. His international debut might finally take place on England’s bouncy and movement pitches.
As cricket activities are prohibited due to the lockdown, Abhimanyu has been practicing in his academy in Purkul, under the supervision of coaches Apoorv Desai, Manoj Rawat, and Sushil Javale.
Abhimanyu said that he will get to learn a lot under the Indian Cricket Team, and therefore he is preparing himself before entering the team.
Easwaran also shared that he’s undergoing a special practice to suit the diverse game conditions in England. He is also prepping to deal with bouncy and swing bowling.
