Dehradun’s Jolly Grant Airport has received an outstanding rating of 4.91 in the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Survey for the second quarter of 2025, marking a substantial rise from its Q1 2025 score of 4.81. The improved rating highlights the airport’s ongoing efforts to enhance the travel experience for passengers.

The ASQ Survey, conducted by Airports Council International (ACI), is a globally recognized benchmark for measuring passenger satisfaction across various airport services and facilities.

With this exceptional performance, Dehradun Airport has secured the 6th rank among all airports managed by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) and the 62nd position globally, a testament to the steady upgrades and service enhancements taking place at the airport.

The impressive ranking reflects progress in multiple areas such as passenger amenities, safety protocols, cleanliness, efficient operations, and overall customer service.
