On Friday, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami conducted a surprise inspection at the Community Health Center in Gairsain to assess the availability of medicines and other necessary facilities for patients. He also inquired about the condition of patients admitted to the hospital.
The Chief Minister additionally reviewed the progress of the construction of the new 50-bedded sub-district hospital, which is being built under his announcement. He directed the executing agency to complete construction work as soon as possible.
The Chief Minister emphasized that the government is making continuous efforts to improve health facilities, particularly in the difficult areas of the state. Under the Ayushman Yojana, the budget has been increased to provide benefits to all cardholders, which is the government’s top priority.
MLA Anil Nautiyal, Bhupal Ram Tamta, Munna Singh Chauhan, Secretary Health Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar, District Magistrate Chamoli Himanshu Khurana, SP Pramendra Doval, CMO Dr. Rajeev Sharma, Additional District Magistrate Abhishek Tripathi, and officials from the Health Department were present during the inspection.
